After watching tonight's episode of Dr. Phil, I was left with some questions regarding George Zimmerman's best friend and his wife. I felt sick when I listened to the both of them vehemently defend the actions of this neighborhood vigilante. My first question is where they were on the night of the shooting? If he is such good friends with George, then why didn't he rush to his side to make sure everything was okay? I was under the impression that they both live in the same gated community where the shooting occurred. Why did he not see him until 3AM. Didn't they hear all of the commotion? Second is that if George Zimmerman patrolled that same area where Trayvon Martin was seen that night, then why did he have to get out of his car to look at a street sign? Shouldn't he know what street he was on? If not, then maybe they should have had someone who knew the neighborhood patrol it. And the question of the night is, if he was arrested before for battery, and has a history of violence, why did he think Trayvon Martin could kill him? Why was this big tough man afraid for his life?
